ali johnsen
Ali has been licensed since 1995 and grew up in a real estate family. She is the Spark Managing Partner of residential services. She is former professional athlete (triathlon and Ironman), and competed all over the world. Ali brings that perspective of excellence, hard work, and attention to detail to her clients and the Spark team. Ali is a certified TradeCraft instructor with The Pathfinder Institute and a Utah CE instructor.

Trevor Beaumont
Trevor brings superb expertise to the Spark team as the Managing Partner of the Builder Services Group. With a degree in construction management and years of hands on experience, he oversees our home builder and developer accounts. Trevor is a licensed Utah contractor and is currently working on his masters degree in real estate development in the University of Utah MRED program. AARON ERNEST
Aaron is the Operating Partner of Spark Realty, LLC. With over 20 years' experience as a commercial banker and business manager, he is responsible for all company functions, financial operations, client relations, and agent interface. Aaron also consults for Spark clients on financing. He has deep Utah roots and is active in the real estate industry on behalf of Spark and its related companies. He is also a certified Pathfinder Institute MasterCraft instructor.

Steve Ward has over 28 years experience in the real estate industry. As one of the area's top appraisers, he has completed over $17 billion in valuations, including national work for major realty auction houses on luxury properties. His familiarity with all property types in Northern Utah is unsurpassed and his skill set as a Realtor is a powerful asset to his clients. Under Steve's guidance, nobody is better at pricing that Spark Realty.

michael hernandez, MRED
Michael works in all product types and is part of several teams on major projects. He is very active in the industry and helps new Spark agents integrate with company tools and systems. He recently completed his Masters Degree in Real Estate at the University of Utah MRED program and plans to continue on to his PhD and law school. Mike is also a Utah General Contractor, a double black-belt martial arts instructor, Utah CE instructor, and is certified by the Pathfinder Institute as a MasterCraft instructor.
